Using of surveys for brand measurement is important for any business since it gives the pulse of the end users or the targeted customers of the organisation.Though there has been many advancement in technology with regard to the products been manufactured they can be successful only if the products are sold in the market.Also many companies do a survey before launching a new product to find out the preferences of the target customers or the end users so that the right type of product can be launched.Surveys can also be used by the companies after the launch of the new product as well to know whether the customers expectations have been met.These surveys can also be used to know who are the target customers before launching a new product.
