According to netiquette (which is short for Internet etiquette — the code of acceptable behavior for Internet users), e-mail messages should be kept short. In a simple e-mail message, it may not be possible to communicate all of the required information to the recipient. In those cases, sending an attached file would be better. What are some instances where this may be true?

Answer #1

Well i totally agree that sometimes if the e-mails are too short we will not be able to communicate the entire message well. I personally never write small emails in that scenario and instead try to frame it and proofread it before sending. The idea is that people staying far off with whom we cannot connect are able to get our message crystal clear and that it does not take much time for them to get back with the appropriate response. Once i had to tell the client the reason for the delay in submission. For that i had to explain him the entire scenario . This required me to write a good amount of detailed data on how i reached to this conclusion. We should make it a practice to write every time when it is needed no matter what the word limit it. This ensures us to avoid any last minute delays or tiffs with the other party.

The Web server and Web client communicate using a text-based protocol called HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). In the main thread, the server listens to a specified port, e.g., 8080. Upon receiving an HTTP request, the server sets up a TCP connection to...
