How effective do you think that cognitive therapy is while giving at least two reasons for support (100 words at least )
Thoughts becomes words and words become actions that form as habits. Thus, cognitive therapy seeks to understand the problem behaviors and tries to influence the thought processes of those who is affected in order to make them believe in the change. Firstly, it would seek to make the clients realize that they have an issue and the importance of overcoming them in order to lead a better life. this would mean that when people accept that they have an issue, they would take the first step in recognizing it as a hindrance for their success. Secondly, it would also help the clients to visualize their changed life because it would help people adopt positive behaviors by making them believe that they are capable of changing and overcome their negative thoughts and behaviors. it would also help them realize their positive side and strengthen them.
