Answer #1

Corporate focusing Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics initiatives because this plays a very crucial role for preparing the future workforce. If the company has greater pool of skills and knowledge with it then it will be a great emphasis on the organizations performance management system.

These initiatives also ensure that the children of the country are prepared well in advance to lead the country in coming days or 21st century. The demand for science, technology, engineering and mathematics has changed considerably and it is important for the budding managers to possess a good knowledge of it. The demand of manual tasks and skills has declined significantly. Most of the fast growing occupations need a high level of training of science and mathematics. So it is important to inculcate in the children the interest for these subjects.

This strategy has implications for assessing labor availability and staff training needs assessment through more strategic and integrated training in organizational planning and growth structures
