Solve using basic kinematics equations, thank you!
1. A skydiver, with an unopened parachute, free falls 400 feet
in 5 seconds. Then she falls
another 400 feet in 20 seconds. What is her average speed for the
entire fall?
2. In April of 2002, Deena Drossin from the USA set the 5 km
world record for women at the
Carlsbad 5000. Over the length of the race she averaged 5.59284
m/s. What was her record
time in minutes and seconds?
3. A woman and her dog are out for a morning run to the local
river, which is 4.0 km away.
The woman runs at 2.5 m/s. The excited dog runs back and forth at
4.5 m/s between his
owner and the river until the woman reaches the river. How far does
the dog run?
4. A speedboat undergoes a change in speed of 20 miles/hr in 8
seconds. What is the
acceleration of the speedboat in ft/s2?

After deploying her parachute, a skydiver falls through the air with a constant speed of 9.00 m/s. As she falls, there is a constant breeze blowing west at 4.00 m/s. At what standard angle does the parachutist move? Express your answer using three significant figures. View Available Hint(s) IVO AO o e ?
