Chronically ill under qualified long-term care provisions is considered when a person cannot perform minimum 2 of the 6 daily living activities. Daily living activities are: Bathing, Eating, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring and Maintaining continence.

Alex cannot perform only one daily activity i.e dressing

Bill cannot perform 2 activity i.e Eat and dress

Clyde cannot perform only one daily activity i.e eating

Doris cannot perform only one daily activity i.e dressing

Hence Only Bill is the answer i.e option C
