For the third time this week you’ve been to a snack machine to buy something to keep you going for late-night study sessions for your finals, and for the third time this week you’ve received the wrong snack. While you have consistently pressed the buttons for a Damp Fish flavor protein bar, you keep getting Dried Ferret flavor potato chips. As a pescatarian who struggles with dehydration issues, not only do you find the Dried Ferret objectionable from a moral standpoint but eating these chips would also complicate your strict hydration regime, so you end up giving away the chips to your study partners and you go hungry. You’re now furious, because you’re losing $2 each time you attempt to get your protein bar, and there’s no other snack machine in the building. A very tiny sign on the machine, in almost indecipherable script, directs you to provide feedback via email but doesn’t supply you with the name of any individual at Snaks-R-Gud, the company that stocks the machine. Please draft the text of a short email (include a subject line, a salutation, and a complimentary close) to complain about the problem and to ask for compensation. You may exercise artistic license where appropriate to complete the task.

Dear Customer Care Executive:
I wish to complain about a defective snack machine in my building which is on 24, wall Street and I've faced this issue thrice in this week.
I am complaining because I am dissatisfied with the service and its troubling me a lot. During late night , after consistently pressing the button for a Damp Fish flavour protein bar , I am receiving another product which is Dried Ferret flavour potato chip. As a pescatarian , I Struggle with dehydration issues and end up giving this snacks to others bearing a loss of $2 on every defect. This has happened for the third time this week and their is no other machine in the building. There is no name or contact of any individual in case of a problem and just in very miniscule words, this email was given. This problem is getting unbearable day by day.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and to provide a suitable compensation. If I do not hear from you within 72 hours , Ill be forced to contact consumer forum.
