Abdul was from Muslim Community and Once while in the meeting ,Cina asked Abdul if he is Muslim and Abdul said yes
After that in another meeting Mr. Cina claimed that Abdul is terrorist and belongs to them and Mr. Cina started lecturing him about Unethical deeds done by them and also passed comments.
Abdul highlighted this issue to Leena and instead of making interaction with Mr. Cina Leena changed the working hours of Abdul so that there is no communication between them. The reason was the Mr.Cina was Representative of our biggest client and Abdul was the best sales person we could have.
But Again once on road after the working hours this issues arised when Mr. Cina deliberately blocked his road and abused him.This time Abdul went to Jacob our HR. He listen to the whole scenario and there by drafted the mail to both the authorities i.e.. Our management and Mr. Cina's Management.
The issue was taken in consideration and Mr. Cina was found guilty thereby prohibiting him to make contact with our company for lifetime.
