1 Introduction of TLAC(Total Loss Absorbing Capacity ) and MREL( Minimum Required Eligible Liabilities) to curb with overall loss.

2. Introduction of Dodds- Frank regulations which provided control of systematic risks and control of liquid assets of a bank through Volcker rule.

3. Introduction of orderly liquidation authority which replaced the bankruptcy code and other applicable insolvency rules.

4.Swap pushout was introduced to deal with swaps a bank will undertake.
