Social learning is a theory of learning process and social behavior in which the learning happens through behaviour observation and imitating others

In addition to the observation of behavior, learning can also occurs through the major observation of rewards as well as punishments, and know also through vicarious rewards. In healthcare system learning curve increases through observing senior professionals and through stimulus and response .This helps in establishing relationships and creating a collaborative environment which is very much required for healthcare
