Answer #1

Answer

Using the Little's law theorem

L = x W

L= In an hour average number of items in system = 2400 customers / 7.5 hrs = 320 customers /hr

= Average number of items arriving at per unit of time. = 600 customer

W = Average time spend in queue system = ?

Putting values in the above equation

     => 320 = 600 x W

W = 0.533 hrs
