Answer #1

The main motto of any advertisement is to attract more and more customers toward their products and stay ahead to the competitors.

The companies mostly focus on advertisement so that customer believe in their product and stay loyal to them and be insensitive to the price changes.

If the consumer is not prices sensitive then the demand will be inelastic because basic meaning of inelastic demand is that whenever there is a high change in the price, the quantity demand is not so much affected.

So the answer is option C.
