The angular speed of precession of the bicycle wheel is inversely proportional to the angular speed of rotation of the bicycle. In other words, when an end is held on the axis of rotation of the wheel, the angular speed of the wheel increases, therefore the precession is slower and in the end it will fall

One way to increase the precession is to release the other end of the axis of rotation of the wheel, so that the angular speed decreases and thus the wheel rotates in a horizontal plane. In this way we can perform an angular momentum, product of the torque executed by the weight of the bicycle wheel.
