Part A :

The number of protons and electrons are same . So basically the atom is neutral and it has not lost or gained any electrons.

Part B :

The proton number is 36 , so the atomic number will also be 36. Number of electron is 36 , so it will be atom not ion. The element will be Krypton with symbol : Kr

Part C :

If the element with 16 protons has gained 2 electrons , then the total number of electrons will be : 16 + 2 = 18

Part D :

For 50 protons , the element is Tin . Since it has 46 electrons (4 electrons less). It will be an ion : Sn4+
