cathode reaction :

Sn2+ (aq) + 2e- -------------------> Sn (s)

net cell reaction :

Co (s) + Sn2+ (aq) ----------------> Co2+ (aq) + Sn (s)

Here we can say that, In the external circuit electrons migrate from Co|Co2+ electrode to Sn|Sn2+ electrode.

And In the salt bridge anion migrates from Sn|Sn2+compartment to Co|Co2+ compartment.
