, Nike and Adidas both are the top shoemaker companies which are loved across the world. They provide there customers comfort in the shoes and also the Varieties s customer wants. They have an exclusive collection of there shoes and people love to wear these shoes as they found themselves comfortable in those shoes.

1) A value chain is a set of activity a company performs to give the customer their satisfaction and also proper service of the particular product. Inbound logistics of Nike and Adidas both states that they have a little production cost of making their products and those products are sold around the world at an excellent price. Both industries are earning huge profits every year. Operations of both Nike and Adidas are spread globally and are acceptable in almost every country. Outbound logistics states that they have great control over the world with there brand. Marketing and sales of these industries are increasing every year, there; they're also up to date.

2) comparison of Nike and Adidas is that Nike is an American based company, and Adidas is a German-based company. Both the companies are spread equally well around the world, but it was stated that the annual growth rate of Nike is 6.5% in comparison with Adidas, which is 11%. So Adidas is growing more in comparison with Nike.

3) Both Nike and Adidas have a similar type of strategies as Nike mainly focuses on innovation and improvements as Adidas primarily focuses on how to reduce there cost and improve there quality. No doubt, focuses mostly both companies have a motive to earn more and more profits every year.
