Share any experience or knowledge about the strategic plans for your workplace for the coming year. Do you believe that it is important function and if their strategy plans are good and effective for the organization?
please base this answer on a health care organization. Thank you.
As an admin in a private healthcare organization, I was always confused with the lack of proper recording of patients' data. This often resulted in filing the same information about the health of patients numerous times, which would waste a considerable amount of time of the organization's staff as well as the patients.
Last year, a data specialist firm was hired to develop a program for the hospital which would record and organize the data of the patients, which could easily be retrieved by the staff if needed along with proper security measures for protecting the confidential data.
This was an important strategy as many times, I had noticed a delay in the treatment in an emergency section due to lack of patients health data available. With this new program, I am sure, the patients will benefit greatly as their health records and information can be retrieved by the staff within seconds which would help them in getting swift treatment.
It would also save the time and resources of the company in managing the data as the information used to be recorded numerous times before and will have to be recorded just once now. this would ultimately result in a proper organization of the patients' data.
