The brand and product online communities play a vital role in the marketing of the respective products. These online communities consist of ardent fans, frequent users of the products of the company and thus, they become the best marketing advertisers for the company. Many times, people have complaints regarding the various features in their products which are easily solved by these online communities. This helps in keeping bad publicity at bay.

Also, when a brand has a large online community, prospective buyers automatically trust the brand loved and used by so many users. This helps in the marketing of the product without spending a single penny.

Therefore, companies should try to develop their online community of users to spread positive word-of-mouth for their products which will help the company in enjoying success in the industry for the long term.
