Agility helps the company to move forward in the changing environment overcoming the risk of being left behind and communication helps to understand the changing needs of the customers and also to keep the organizational members informed about the changes in the field to ensure successful adaptation. The increased consumer involvement in the decision making process also makes it important for the healthcare management to be agile as it helps the organization to be flexible and quick in decision making. Communication is important to ensure information sharing which keeps the members informed about the decisions and their responsibilities.
