Ethically and legally, teachers should avoid making judgments and discriminating against students with disabilities. How might a Christian worldview help an educator make ethically and legally sound decisions for students with disabilities in their classes? How might this worldview help educators explain this to other stakeholders? Explain.

Christianity the brain child of Christ promoted love, care, sharing, equality and justice as the fundamental pillars. This would help one accept, acknowledge and engage in a life that provides equal space for everyone to grow and thrive. Thus, a teacher would promote equality among the students by making them understand that people are different and people with disability are differently abled people. This would help the students the importance of treating people with disability with concern, care and love. Both the teachers and educators can illuminate other stakeholders about Americans with Disability Act that prevents discrimination based on one’s disability in education, employment and other areas of life. This would mean, children with disability should not be excluded based on their disability which would not only be a legal offense but also wouldn’t be ethically correct.
