There are many schemes to bear the cost of a new car. One can get a new car by exchange. Again one can get his best dream car by paying the money through instalment. Along with the new car various facilities are provided to the customers. They can easily take opportunity if their income permits. Besides, there are many people who change the fashion of car in a certain period by exchanging the old one. But it is true that the price of car is rising day after day.
2. The cost of housing is rising day after day. There are various reasons for rising cost of housing. The costs of materials of house building are going beyond the reach of the poor and middle class people. Labor cost is also high. The socioeconomic condition of the people does not change with the rising price of housing. Today it is really difficult to purchase a new flat in a good place. Again, the rent of house is also rising and it is really a difficult situation for those who take house as rent. But the income of the people is not increasing. Beaides, the tax of different things is also high and it contributes to the price rise of housing.
