Python Programming Assignment:
Write a function to take a string S that returns True if the letters are in ascending order and False otherwise. To do this go over each letter and check that it is less than the letter that precedes it.
Then write a function main that gets one input from the user, then if passing that input to the function above returns True, then show "String is in order", otherwise show " String is unordered".
def isSorted(lst): for i in range(len(lst)): for j in range(i+1, len(lst)): if(lst[i] > lst[j]): return False return True def main(): s = input("Enter string: ") res = isSorted(s) if(res): print("String is in order") else: print("String is unordered") main()

Please use python 3 programming language Write a function that gets a string representing a file name and a list. The function writes the content of the list to the file. Each item in the list is written on one line. Name the function WriteList. If all goes well the function returns true, otherwise it returns false. Write another function, RandomRange that takes an integer then it returns a list of length n, where n is an integer passed as...
Write a recursive function, take a String as input, return true, if the String is a palindrome; false otherwise. For instance, if the input is: “A nut for a jar of tuna” Then the return value is true. Notice that the non English letters are ignored; the spaces are ignored; and it is NOT case sensitive. You must write recursive function. You shall turn in a complete program, including main function to use your function to test if a String...
Python 3: Write a function CharCount, to take a string S and a single character C, and returns the count of C (one letter) in the string S. If the letter of C is not found in S, the function returns -1. You must write your own function to do this and can not use any built-in counting functions. Use the function in main to get two inputs from the user, a sentence and a character, then show the count...
Python Programming assignment : Function of Q3: def isPositive(n): if(n>=0): return True else: return False Write a code for function main, that does the following: -creates a variable and assigns it the value True. - uses a while loop which runs as long as the variable of the previous step is True, to get a number from the user and if passing that number to the function of Q3 results in a True value returned, then add that number to...

In Python: Implement the function is_number() that returns True if the input is a number and otherwise returns False. Hint: use try and except statements to detect whether the user types in a noninteger string. Normally, the int() function will raise a ValueError if it is passed a noninteger string, as in int('puppy').
1.1. Write a function named "areFirstTwoTheSame AsLast TwoChars" that accepts a string. It returns true if the first two characters and the last two characters of the string are the same. It returns false otherwise. In addition, if the string is empty or has only one character, it also returns false. For example, these are the strings with their expected return values false falsc "AB" true "ABA" false "ABAB" trus "ABBA" false "ABCABC false "ABCCAB" true 1.2 Write a function...
sorted vowels Write a function that returns true if the vowels in the input string A appear in non-decreasing order and false otherwise. You can assume this function is not case sensitive. If the string does not contain any vowels, it must return true. bool sorted_vowels (const char A)
In python Programming Exercise 1 Write a function that will have a list as an input, the task of the function is to check if all the elements in the list are unique,( i.e. no repetition of any value has occurred in the list), then the function returns true otherwise it returns false. Your program should include a main method that call the method to test it. Algorithm Analysis For the function you implemented in part 1, please calculate T(n),...
