Ans) Ethics is not a recent phenomenon. Ethics is a system of moral principles.These are moral guidelines which govern good behaviour. So behaving ethically is doing what is moral right.They affect how people make decisions and lead their lives.Ethical codes have been prepared along with the development of human civilization. Ethics as a matter of fact deal with certain standards of human conduct and rules. Ethics is a science which deals with ideas involved in human conduct.Professional ethics refers to the ethics that a person must adhere to in respect of their interaction and business dealings in their professional life. Personal ethics refers to the application of personal values in everything one does.

Ethics is connected with developing proposal for project.In the Present world ethics have a significant role in project management.Ethics is applied to  developing proposal for project . It attempts to determine what people ought to do,or what goals they should purse. It helps to to understand the moral issue that arise from developing proposals for project, institutions, and decision making and their relationship to generalized human value. In a project taking unethical actions,it will causes to lose credibility and it's entire ethical values.and it will be affect the development of the project.In a project ethics promotes good to society, improves profitability and also improve personal ethical beliefs.
