I need help in research looking for links between cancer recurrence and physical activity or fitness for a health studies/physiology course.  

Write two short paragraphs explaining the biological mechanism (plausibility) linking physical activity or fitness to the disease outcome(recurrence of cancer after previously being diagnosed).

Plausibility is the component that denotes the cause and effect relationship . For eg Biologically it establish relationship between particular disease or adverse event.In this question .In this question states the relationship between physical fitness and the disease outcome.

If the person is previously diagnosed with cancer that person get engaged in a physical activity in a rigorous level due to physiological changes in the body such as adrenaline secretion and boost the hormonal secretion and improves the immune system.These factors will help the person to fight against the disease and to lead a quality life.It occurs not only in the cancer also in lifestyle disorders such as diabetes,hypertension etc. In that relationship between physical fitness and the disease outcome is established.
