A guy who studies at the University, stays in his parents' house nd doesn't work and is shy can be rich. The education fees could be funded by his parents. The guy does not have to pay rent as he stays with his parents. Moreover, the guy does not need to work which says his University fees are not funded by him but by some other person(s).
However, this guy needs to work one day and get himself involved in the job market, as in the long run to maintain the standard of living which he is having now, the guy need to earn money if not his parents are too rich to provide him the same standard of living throughout his life and also reach a bequest for him. In that case, the guy might think big not working in the future.
However, it is always advised the gut should work and stand on his own feet to avoid depending on his parents' wealth and money.
