Civil law deals with the disputes between individuals, organizations, or between the two, in which compensation is awarded to the victim

Civil laws are the different types of laws that are made in order to deal with the disputes and conflicts arising between the individuals, firms or any of these two. These laws aim to facilitate the compensation to the victim. In civil law, the party that loses the case has to reimburse the plaintiff the loss in monetary terms that have been assigned by the court.

Thee are the laws that are aimed to provide the security to the private rights of the common individual, facilitates the legal remedies that are sought by the individual who suffers the losses and it includes the fields such as family, contracts, property and torts, law
