1. Use Chebyshev's Rule to predict the lowest and the highest ages in which at least 80% of the population ages will be in between. Note that Chebyshev's rule prediction would need to use the standard deviation of the population, however just use the standard deviation of the sample.

The ages given are: 24, 47, 25, 25, 37, 33, 52, 25, 28, 47, 29, 44, 31, 20, 24, 23, 32, 28, 24, 32, 50, 19, 65, 18, 26, 44, 48, 28, 21, 36, 42, 21, 74, 35, 28

2. Chebyshev's rule is only a prediction, so check the entire population and find out what is the actual percent of the population that will have ages between the minimum and maximum of the range that you found on (3).

3. Find the age that corresponds to the 90th percentile.

4. Suppose you needed to collect one more age value for your sample. Let's say you obtained an age value of 80. Now you have a new sample that consists of your original sample of 35 ages along with this additional age you obtained. Would this age value of 80 be an outlier? Show why it is, or why it is not?
