INTRODUCTION :- Mentor program refer to those program in which people with specific interest,and have achieved success in that particular field come forward,and guide people who have similar interest in that field.In this process the person who has started the program or we can say the leader of the given program,guides the person who has joined it,and helps them to achieve their desired result.It is an effective method of providing help to others,as it even leads to the development of both that is the one who is providing guidance,and the one who is receiving it.

As mentor program is one prominent aspect in order to help people having the similar likings regarding particular thing,such a similar job interest etc,so it even needs an effective designing before evaluating it,so that the result obtain should be very reliable.Th e designing of evaluation of mentor program are as follows :-

• Analyzing data provided by the subject during the program,so that one could go through each and every data and come with the conclusion,that a particular person is suitable for program or not.It will even give the leader an idea whether he will get the desired result through this program or nt.
• Secondly,the main evaluation is being done which helps the leader of the program to know that knowledge provided by him,is acquired in the similar manner by the subject or not.This will give us result of whether the program has its aim or not,that it became success or not.
