Mass of the bowling ball = m1 = 7 kg

Speed of the bowling ball = V1 = 2.3 m/s

Mass of the ping-pong ball = m2 = 2 g = 0.002 kg

Speed of the ping-pong ball = V2

Both the balls have the same kinetic energy.

m1V12/2 = m2V22/2

m1V12 = m2V22

(7)(2.3)2 = (0.002)V22

V22 = 18515

V2 = 136.07 m/s

The ping pong ball must move at a speed of 136.07 m/s to have the same kinetic energy as the bowling ball.
