positive externalities of government intervention in the education system -

  • Government play a major role in encouraging positive externalities in education as which generate split over benefits , government provide them subsidies and these splitover benefits directly goods to the society to share the cost which is generated for positively externalities.
  • Since after the government intervention in education private schooling has improved its non cognitive skills

Negative externalities of government intervention in education

  • Government introduced major programs to promote education system that too it do not worked as being educated one to need to pay money and now a days getting education for a person is not easier as education is very costly
  • lack of efficiency in planning out the goals by government in education system
