Advantages:

Disadvantages:

• Time Consuming: As the content analysis is a research of communication of data in any form it may be time consuming and which may be useless when it is required instantly if there is a situation in front of our faces.
• Lack of Accuracy: As the data provided to researchers may be incomplete or inappropriate it is high level of possibility of getting lack of accuracy of the outcomes that is required and that may not be useful for the same.
• Keeping Researches: The researches are made in huge volume so it may be in any form audio, graphs and images so it will be very difficult to keep it in a digital form so that it might be easy to access the required details we are searching for.
• Distract from the point: Very often the researches are in a very wide form and the researchers have to conduct all the researches of the data which are directly or indirectly connected to the data is analyzed and sometime in that situation the analysis can be miss lead and can be easily distracted from the actual data that has to analyzed.

We will firstly have to find out the keen points and requirements of the customers and try to identify which kind of product or services they are always using and where are the issues which should be corrected through the constant feedback and complaints receiving from the customers.
