According to the author, the objective is to find out how job, salary, working hours, leave policy, health and safety policies affect job satisfaction in India. The only factor that is common with all employees is with pay or compensation and with family and friends. The difference is US people focus on work rather than social wellbeing well-being and are quite individualistic but in India people satisfaction with being social. Yes, the job satisfaction measures can be applied as the measures are common for every individual irrespective of the country. Social security, managers behavior, environment, friends and family, contract, commiting time are the basics for any employee.
