Answer #1

I listen to devotional music before going to sleep as it helps to give me peace and serene environment. It does not take me long to sleep when i listen to this music and i am deep in sleepy thoughts soon in 10-15 minutes. It is very soothing and calming. I am somehow not able to sleep much due to work pressure and family constraints. My sleep deficiency has effected my life alot and i am not able to focus on my personal life. I also have developed dark circles on my face and my face does not look that much glowing as before. Some common home remedies to battle insomnia are drinking warm milk before bed time as it relaxes the muscles and he body and one falls to sleep very well. One can also practice meditation before sleeping. Some workout daily also helps to battle the problem
