(i) Calculate the odds ratio for bladder cancer comparing high-risk to other occupations (ignoring cigarette consumption).

(ii) Test the null hypothesis that the odds ratio is the same for those who work in high-risk and in other occupations.

(iii) Calculate the Mantel-Haenszel odds ratio for high-risk versus other occupations,adjusted for cigarette consumption.

(iv) Test the null hypothesis that the smoking-adjusted odds ratio is one.

(v) Interpret the results.
