MNCs are focusing on intercultural communication as their subsidiary presence in a different country make it essential to have such type of training.

Globalization impact on different companies has made it important for companies to invest in diversity management and work on diversity-related topics. In order to manage diversity and create an efficient communication environment companies do need intercultural communication training and people do have to gain knowledge of different languages. Even schools and colleges are getting diverse more than ever that make intercultural communication must for everyone in the world.

The company need to expand their business to compete and stay successful in the market and for that, they have to go global which makes their executives learn different languages and cultural norms as well. Whenever they meet foreign delegates it might be not possible that they know a common language so that they all need to know and learn intercultural communication system and norms.
