According to St. Augustine , it is not completely possible to achieve true happiness by focusing only one our body as one must cleanse their mind as well and develop empathy and sensitivity to certain aspects in life. I agree with this as, self actualization comes with improved self esteem and ensuring ones material and non material needs in life.
