I will take following actions to overcome problems and to adapt customer services, products and service delivery in consultation with appropriate individuals and groups with the four methods,
1) Help from MIS software: I will take information from integrated management information system. Our MIS will collect data and information related to each activities of value chain. Any challenges can be mitigated with the help of software applications and getting source or origin of the incident.
2) To formulate a team to take care immediate decision making:
There will be an expert committee who will try to address any complaint or issues arisen by the employees, customers and other stakeholders. In case of any typical challenge, more experts from organization and outside will be contacted to resolve these issues.
3) To set up a mechanism where operational level and field level employees will be contacted to make a prompt and original decision:
Actually these sections of employee have in-depth knowledge of the bottlenecks of the production facilities, services design and delivery etc. Hence, they even know how to remove such problem or challenges.
4) Ensuring immediate responsiveness through advance technologies:
I will take help of mobile app, artificial intelligence and robotics to watch, control and close monitoring of the production and services system adopted by the organization. Our aim will be to deliver services within promised date and timings. Even, services qualities will be met through various interventions.
