You have 2 test tubes, one tube contains neutrophils that only express TLR receptor, another tube contains macrophages and only express CR1 receptor. However, these two tubes are not labeled, so you need to figure out the identity of these two tubes.

Ligands for TLRs are bacterial lipoprotein, zymosan cell wall particles, synthetic dsRNA, lipopolysaccharide, and flagellin.

Answer 2:)

The ligands for complement receptor type 1 (CTR1) are C3b, C4b, C1b, and iC3b.

Answer 3:) TLR ligands; OD600

Add ligand for TLRs in both test tubes and then measure OD600 of both samples.

Answer 4:) conjugatory; TLR ligands + CR1 ligands; coagulation

Ligands of CR1 are multimeric proteins and conjugates with receptors. Therefore, use both ligands: TLR and CR1. Then measure ELISA interaction of both samples by coagulation analysis.
