After several year of economic growth , we would expect the unemployment of an economy mainly due to the natural rate of unemployment . Because if there have been several years of economic growth ,then the cyclical component of unemployment will most likely have been eliminated , the unemployment that still remains must be frictional and structural and therefore ,components of natural rate of unemployment.
