The Marxist theory is about the accumulation of capital and its unequal distribution. The capitalism is aimed towards creation of more capital, profits and margins for themselves at the cost of consumers spending and buying more. With the AT & T commercial , it can be inferred the buyers and consumers are being motivated to buy bigger things which costs more and contributes towards the business owners profits and wealth than creating any opportunities or additional benefits for the workers who create them.
