To become a computer/information security professional/auditor, one
should have the profound knowledge of computer law and act.
first of all there is a need to understand the difference between
law and Act
1)Law is generic term, this term covers all rules/regulations made
by the government.
The act is specific,it is limited to a specific situation.

transfer/use/storage of information using computer or some other
electronic device.

When a person buys a computer, sign up for an account on a website
online, person is expected to check the box that says that person

b)Privacy:-There are several web sites which demands personal
information of user to provide a login account on their web site.
