In particular they are interested in whether the mercury content is higher in Bream or Crappie species. Random samples of 10 Bream and 13 crappie revealed the following levels in parts per million. Construct a 98% confidence interval for the difference in mercury con- centration in these two species. Is there sufficient evidence to justify a difference exists at α = 0.01?
