1) Farrell's should consider the following things in establishing a restaurant location

- Visibility of the outlet- The outlet has to be in easy visibility and vicinity of the population

-Accessibility - easily accessible , close to bus station, metro or other transport facilities

- Parking - Accessibility and parking for own vehicles of the customers

-Surrounding business and competitors

2) One strategy for Farrell's is to open an outlet in a sector where there are colleges or schools and is highly and easily accessible by students and youngsters. It will be hangout spot for them and also they can tie up with these institutions or corporates to open outlets inside the campus. This will be mutually beneficial as even the institutions will have control on the products sold and make sure that their students get quality products.

They can even hold celebrations, functions and party orders at subsidised rates and the students will normally spread the brand through word of mouth.
