Describe the relationship between RELIABILITY and VALIDITY. Why is it possible to have reliability without validity but not vice versa?

Answer:
Reliability refers to the ability to make a test to find the same results every time the test is conducted.
A test that yields different results each time the test is conducted is not a reliance test or research.
Vali duty is the genuineness if the test or study. It is also the ability of results to make a generalization to the population of study.
There is a relation between reliability and validity. If research is valid it should be reliable but it is not purity that if the test is reliance then it must be valid.
A test can be reliance le but also not valid. In this can in test same result can be found each time but the measurements may be wrong and it becomes invalid.
