Out of the seven, “encourage participation” seems to be very challenging when it comes to organizational change. During the entire change process, it becomes difficult to convince the employees and there will be lot of resistance towards the change. It is due to the fear factor which gets involved as moving into the unknown state and sometimes result into anxiety and stress among employees. It is more like a “psychological and physiological” reaction. Some of the reasons to same are, such as, employees highly involved in the current ways of doing their work, not sure of the future job role and outcome of the same, etc.
