but their are exemptions and the GATT aknowledge that under certain circumstances are set out in articles in GATT agreement which include measures necessary to protect public morals, concerned for the welfare of animals have been recognised and France may enact measures which restrict import and export based animal welfare concerned with foreign grown animals.
