Number of customers served per hour = 20

Restaurant employs number of shefs = 4

Cost per each shef per hour = $25

Total cost per hour = Chefs cost + ingrediants + electricity = (4*$25) + $10 + $1 = $111

Productivity = Output customers served / Total value to serve customers per hour

productivity = 20 customers per hour/ $111 per hour = 0.180
