Answer #1

Answer: Hiding demand information from other supply chain partners

Explanation: When managing the global demand, data synchronization is essential and it allows the suppliers to make decisions to supply at the earliest. Use of technology allows the supply chain flexibility and supply and demand can be planned accordingly. Availability of information tries to improve the demand management. When the demand details are hidden from the suppliers, the problem actually starts. The suppliers are unaware of the demand faced by the company and suppliers can't plan accordingly to replenish the goods at right. So, this causes uncertainty.
