How would you state you disagree with the statement below. It has to be in one complete sentence. The original statement needs to be paraphrased and then the response. Together these 2 statements the first being paraphrased and my response has to be in only one complete sentence.

Original statement:

“The real reason the gun rights side is winning is postindustrialization. The gun issue has become an epiphenomenon of a much larger conflict over values and identity.”

My response is:

I disagree because in my experience owning a gun in America is only the ability to protect one's self.

I disagree with the statement that owning a gun can guarantee you safety. What if someone breaks in our own house and fires at you using your gun? This would make you a victim of your own deeds. While applying for a gun license, we have to carefully evaluate all the options before landing to any sort of conclusions in life. We need to protect it form evil eyes so that others do not ask for it. We also need to ensure its usage at the right place so that innocent lives are not lost. So we can say that care needs to be taken for it so that nothing goes very wrong.
