MISSION - TO bring the happiness in the small things and transforming the life of the youngsters and transforming the traditional soda consumption to flavored soda consumption.

Business Goals -

To reach the small and the rural areas of the country.

To enrich the value of stakeholders through wealth increment.

To transform the traditional soda industry to flavored.

To make the soda with the best available resources in the affordable prices.

Marketing Objectives

The objective is the starting point of the marketing plan .'Where do we want to go?'. The purposes of objectives should include:

-> enabling company to control its marketing plan.
-> helping motivate individuals and teams by reach a common goal.
-> providing agreed, consistent focus for all functions of an organization.

All objectives should be SMART i.e. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timed.
Specific - Be precise about what you are going to achieve
Measurable - Quantify you objectives
Achievable - Are you attempting too much?
Realistic - Do you have the resource to make the objective happen (men, money, machines, materials, and minutes)?

To achieve a 20% return on capital employed.
3. Promotional Objectives
To increase awareness of the product on the market.
4. Objectives for Survival
To survive the current market war between competitors.
